Foamlok has a measured water vapour permeability; therefore it does not compromise the performance of any breathable membranes and allows all timbers to dry naturally after periods of solar radiation like all conventional insulation. FLOOR JOISTS

Foamlok can be used to great effect in floor joists, Ecotherm are often requested to retrofit raised timber floor in the home. The system minimises unwanted air leakage and infiltration of unwanted pathogens. The use of Sprayfoam between the joists also helps dampen sound.

CAVITY INJECTION

Enertite is our new open cell injection option. It is an affordable cavity fill option, like all other open cell injection and pour products it has certain limitations. It should only be used in fully rendered buildings and not with brick or stone due to their porous nature. It promotes air tightness within the wall spaces and seals all crevices which conventional forms of insulation fail to fill.
